There Is an injustice and corruption as well as Collusion, Conspiracy and Bribery in the state of Arizona as Maricopa County attorneys Cecilia Munoz and Karen Pugh along with Phoenix police department take a bribe from a 4x convicted felon to protect him from going to prison after he was caught on video with possession of a firearm and discharging a firearm at a civilian. Jose luis silva is a 4x convicted felon and a known cartel drug dealer to the state and prosecuters claim he is emmune to arrest and prosecution. This is corruption collusion and conspiracy and bribery as clear as day as he could be certified informant for the state and Phoenix Police. NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW!! Enrique Aguirre was found justified in self defense but Maricopa County Attorneys say because 2 bullets that went through Jose silvas body and hit the building that was in the line of fire of the self defense act Enrique is being sentenced to 5 years for discharging of a firearm at a non residential building even though the building owners/leases testified that they never pressed charges and continue to deny ever pressing charges because they were presentat the scene and it was self Defence. Enrique Aguirre has no prior convictions as he has a clean record and has never been in trouble with the law and now he is being convicted for protecting his life from a 4x convicted felon who shot at him. Maricopa County attorneys were suggesting Jose luis silva a 4x convicted felon was justified to run to his vehicle and get his gun which is AGAINST THE LAW PERIOD. This is injustice because the 4x convicted felon was the aggressor in the case because he ran to his vehicle to get his gun and shoot at Enrique Aguirre. Enrique Aguirre was found justified in self defense and after speaking to the Phoenix FBI they stated that all charges should be dropped and Jose luis silva should be in jail and charged for his crimes. When Jose luis silva took the stand he stated that he lied to all the officers because he was afraid he could go to jail for possession of a firearm and discharging a firearm as he lied to officers that he took a gun from Enrique and shot at him with his own gun. The judge in this criminal self defense case  judge J. Adleman a civil judge compared  a self defense case to a domestic violence case where he stated that sometimes the victims don't want to press charges but the prosecuters can move forward with the prosecution even though the victims don't. This is unprecedented and will set a precedent in the state of Arizona as Case law that ANY convicted felo can carry a firearm and that is against the law! All charges should be dropped in self defense just like in the Kyle Rittenhouse  self defense case. Enrique Aguirre should be released and set free and the 4x convicted felon Jose luis silva should be in jail for being the aggressor in the case and possession of a firearm and discharging a firearm as he is a 4x convicted felon. This is corruption injustice and unprecedented..justice for my brother Enrique Aguirre. He needs to be released and free.
