We need better laws to discourage distracted driving while on a cellphone. Mandatory FULL payout should be demanded for ALL insurance companies involved for injured victim, with additional resources available immediately. I am suggesting stricter cellphone laws to save lives, discourage others from driving distracted, and make it a crime to text/drive. Put your phone down in car. Save a life & focus on the road.
