My name is Sin Woong Kim and living in Brisbane since 2012. I came here with my wife and daughter as we wanted to live beautifully country like good natural environment. My son was born in Australia after we came here. Me and my family's life seemed well and were looking happy until we got Immigration scam.

 We've been waiting for permanent residency visa and it's been taking too long time so asked to my migrant agent about the delay. We could only hear the excuses such "cause covid 19 or system errors " but taken lots of money for insurance and education fee. As we know now we are back to normal so it's time to get it. But my migrant agent said working on it just wait a week thousand times. We realised there is something wrong. We had to know what is going on. We hired lawyers to investigate my visa progress. The result was ridiculously shocked that migrant agent was fraud he made serious crime revealed by my lawyer. My visa applications were poorly handled by my migrant agent also he copied my signature even worst thing is he pretend me to attend to the court and got the penalty on my name.

As a result,  me and my family's future in Australia seems to be currently ar jeopardy. So we are now applying petition to the Minister of immigration which is only way to be.

Please support me and my family's request for Ministerial Intervention to allow us to remain in Australia.
