Plarium is the company in charge of Raid Shadow Legends. Raid is a fairly new mobile game and touts "equality" to its "lottery" shard system. However in the past 24 hours players have become aware of the blatant misrepresentation to this "fair" system. When a high profile streamer was unsuccessful getting what he wanted from the "lottery" and complained, threatened to stop streaming, and was given the exact item he wanted from the lottery shard system. This is blatantly putting your finger on the scale of a gambling system. Plarium needs to offer this same freebie to every player, or reimburse anyone who spent on this rigged lottery system.

I would imagine we are well within our rights to chargeback against this company for cheating players out of their money.
