I believe we the people of Western Australia have the right as tax and rate payers to have the opportunity to decide on issues of rampant development that affect all of us in the long run. It’s time that citizens of Western Australia have a democratic right to have a say. It’s also time to review the way growth is skewed to favour the profits of developers To the detriment of the wider population of Perth and WA. In these COVID19 times it is even more essential that people have a say.

A fair say for all. Ownership of land,a slap on the back and dollars in the back pocket, should not be the determining factor in how this wonderful state is developed. Its to good a place to let the oportune and nefarious reign suprime. We all have to live with the end result

the current process is loaded with systematic bias in favour of the wapc and development industry, with developers ignoring guidelines with impunity as no one within the system is held responsible for the outcomes.
