The undersigned are OPPOSED to the Rezoning of the Mier Addition to R4, located at the Intersection of Rd 6600 and Locust Rd.

For the following reasons, we ask you to DENY this Rezoning at City Council meetings:

Multi family dwellings is not compatible where immediately adjacent to single-family homes.

Any Privacy fencing or landscaped buffer cannot effectively overcome the negative impact of any inappropriate use: crime, noise or other nuisance.

Emission increases due to new construction when/if development begins, addition of new multiple dwellings, and additional Traffic.

Detrimental impact to Land/Farming opportunities, the lose of Natural Habitats: Trees and Plant life, Lose or relocations of Wildlife (deer, fox, rabbits, birds), which have been observed in the area.

Energy, Natural Gas and Water usage increased
