What: To Preserve the LAST lake-view, green space and walking views
for the City of Wayzata. To create a park for all to enjoy FOREVER!
Where: On the East side of the TCF building (current small parking lot).

Why:

1) To Prevent the massive development that would destroy and lose forever the last city views from the west side of Lake Street
2) To preserve the last walking lake views for the City of Wayzata’s lake front
3) To preserve the last green space on the City of Wayzata’s lake front
4) To enhance and extend the Panoway!

We all have a RARE opportunity to extend the beauty of the Panoway to a create a park on the east side of the TCF building. This is the LAST lake view and green space available and our LAST chance to save this for our amazing city of Wayzata.

Once this property is gone and gobbled up by another too massive cemented building it will be gone forever.
