Planned Trees Planted by Bloor (Miller Street)

Planned Trees Planted by Bloor (Miller Street)
Why this petition matters
As part of the signed off plans for Mortimers Gate Estate in Saffron Walden the agreement on the plans was to plant trees along Miller Street between the street Lights. This plan was used by the sales office to convince buyers that there would be adequate screening should anyone develop on the land opposite. The Council planning officer has confirmed in writing and rejected any reason why not to plant the trees with a route barrier, as planned, which is outside the appeasement area of the Fuel Pipeline.
To this date no trees have been planted and Bloor wish to keep hold of the land and not hand over to the council possibly for other uses.
This petition is to signal the amount of signatures that will be applied in writing a formal letter to Bloor of intent to take legal action as part of being miss sold and to try and ratify the planting of the trees to avoid such action.
If the trees are to be planted in spring they need to be sourced now and before Bloor hand over the estate to the Council. Failure to respond will mean we will be forced to take things further.
