As a transgender woman, I find these commercials hurtful, insensitive, and just shameful

These commercials are not only offensive to the transgender community, but also to women that do not fit into the perfect feminine mold.

This is disgusting. I was thinking of joining Planet Fitness, but I won't because of this.

Due to this offensive advertising, which I had not yet seen, and the offensive, unprofessional manner in which you addressed this issue, I will be cancelling my Planet Fitness membership. I will also be sharing this information with all my friends via social media, many of whom have PF memberships.

Wow. First let me say that it is absolutely our planet too. Do you intend to exclude women from your gym or only those women you find threatening? Is one of those men in the shower you, Mr. Grondahl? As portrayed in the advertising and your response to Ms. Landingham, your masculinity appears appallingly fragile. The advertising is an offense to all.

We need to be creating a culture that recognizes that the gender binary is a construction that limits human freedom. The add "locker room" enforces the gender binary and perpetuates the view that gender variant and trans people are cultural "outsiders".

there must be a better way to sell your gym than making scapegoats of people you don't understand. Please discontinue these hurtful commercials.

Because my children have been raised in a home free of prejudice based on skin color, gender, nationality, sexual orientation, intelligence, phyhsical ability, etc. But I can't protect them outside my home. That is up to all of us.

I work out at a PF, and it's just embarrassing to be associated with a "judgement free" chain that in fact makes fun of so many classes of people!

I feel that your advertising needs to change, so as not to offend African Americans, women bodybuilders, and portraying white men with awesome abs as narcissists.
