Place the ban state-wide; cafes should not be charging extra for soy.

Over the years, there have been petitions to ban the extra charge for soy milk at coffee trading businesses throughout Australia. Its great to see that large franchises such as Starbucks have agreed to ban the extra charge for soy. However, there is still work to do in regards to getting this ban across the many thousands of other coffee making businesses nation-wide who penalise their consumers for choosing soy daily.
Work commuters in Sydney who purchase a soy latte each morning are spending an extra $5 each fortnight on coffee, which becomes at least an extra $265 each year just on soy which could be saved.
We can start with this change in New South Wales, Australia's most populated state, where millions of our residents are to be no longer charged between 50c-$1 just for a milk option which isn't derived from a cow just to suit their dietary needs or palate. There is leniency in this change, as businesses who often on average have the four milks; soy, almond, full cream and skim, are just giving up the extra charge on one milk to support a fair change amongst consumers.
Through your help and the Australian Coffee Traders Association (ACTA), this change will serve a right to all coffee customers who are faced with this degrading surcharge when making a purchase each time they order soy milk.
