Despite having an 11-0 run to start the season, the Pittsburgh Steelers are struggling on offense. Offensive Coordinator Randy Fichtner is at fault, and we are sick of it. Fichtner's abysmal play calling has almost cost the Steelers plenty this season, and in Week 13 it finally came back to bite them, as the Steelers fell to the Washington Football Team 23-17. Randy Fichtner does not try switching up his plays at all and relies on Ben Roethlisberger to throw 40+ times a game to win. If there's an instance where you want Ben to throw, Fichtner does the opposite. This season, the Steelers have had many chances to gain 1 yard on the goal line, and have not gotten the yard. This is partially due to not having trust in our RB's, but on 4th and short situations, Fichtner will call the most mind-boggling plays instead of going for a QB sneak or a run up the middle. Fichtner has cost the Steelers plenty of games, and it ends NOW!
