We need to not be telling young impressionable girls to eat or not eat food. Healthy eating habits are important but there are so many better ways to teach teens to eat healthy and to keep their bodies nourished. Forcing teens to track everything they eat then judging them off of what they ate is very destructive and triggering for certain people. It is so harmful to the young impressionable people to be told to eat a certain a amount of food or else they aren’t healthy. Healthy eating habits can be taught by telling teens that eating is something everyone has to do to be healthy and body expectations are unrealistic. A healthy body is a beautiful body! That is how eating habits should be taught not but making teens track everything they eat for a week. PLEASE SIGN SO WE CAN STOP PUTTING UNDUE PRESSURE ON TEENS
