We are asking for your support in opposing the current rezoning proposal for a
2.5 acre remnant parcel of land located at 620 CR-1 from Residential Agricultural to Urban Residential R-5.

The opposition to this request lies specifically in the requested Zoning Code change. The land in question is a long, narrow lot, approximately 87' wide X 1200' deep. Urban Residential R-5 zoning allows for up to 7.5 dwellings per acre.

The proposed development plan includes 13 dwellings along the north side of the property, with only 5 feet between the new development and the existing homes back yard.

THERE ARE NO R-5 ZONED DEVELOPMENTS LOCATED IN PALM HARBOR!
