Natalie Rodas started this petition to Pine Bush Senior High School

Hello, recently it has come out that yet another victim of sexual assault has also fallen victim to a corrupt educational system. The identity of victims will remain anonymous for their safety (something pine bush knows nothing about). This student went to the school for help on their assault. The school's response was to give the perpetrator a maximum of 5 days OSS. Keep in mind he received an equal punishment as someone who threatened to fight another student. The school treated a serial rapist (8+ women) to a cyberbully, equally.

Constantly, the school preaches "No Place For Hate" yet seems to drop it when it comes to victims of harassment, sexual assault, rape, and etc. The same student who was suspended was then allowed to attend an overnight trip with many other potential victims. This then caused more situations to arise. There are numerous other instances of the school failing its students in abusive relationships.

For short example: sending a student back to class after they had marks all over their body and were beaten badly by their abuser on school grounds. The school forgetting and not documenting abuse in another student's relationship then "forgetting" the report happened.

And so many more situations like these. Pine bush needs to be held accountable for the people who are being hurt constantly due to them allowing awful people to walk the halls with their victims. The school should be HELPING those victims receive proper help and guidance through this. Helping them with police reports, talking to parents, checkups, and etc should ALL be done. The safety of their students should matter.
