At Pilgrim High School, 99% of the time, at least two of the girl's bathrooms are locked. While the boy's bathrooms are always unlocked. The bathrooms that are left unlocked are always overcrowded and disgusting. It is extremely sexist. Why should we have to walk all the way to the 600 bathroom from the 400 wing?

We only have 4 bathrooms we can use, the 100, the 600, the cafe, and the 400 bathroom. 100 and 400 are almost always locked. Why should a girl have to walk across the school just so she can use the bathroom? Mind you that the school is a half-mile long. We shouldn't have to walk that much just to relieve ourselves.

Another issue we have with the bathrooms is that the doors are always open. That is a complete invasion of our privacy. Some pervert could watch us while we are minding our business and doing our own thing in the bathroom. I've never seen any of the boy's bathroom doors open unless they were being cleaned. It is extremely wrong that we have to lose our privacy while they don't.

So please help us by signing this petition so we can bring this to the school and fix this problem!
