Pursuant an era under where the circuit witnessed mass exodus of members, committees manipulation, lack of transparency, suppression of communication, an urgent church conference is required to review the status quo as some decisions done under unclear circumstances are now haunting the operations of the current era.

We, the undersigned, are concerned members affiliated to the Mabelreign Circuit of the United Methodist Church, who urge our leaders to act now to:

1.     Review and explain how elections were conducted without transparency.

2.     Manipulation of committees as some decisions done does not reflect the circuit members wish. Retrenchments underway has not been approved by the Charge nor in the absence of charge a church conference to ratify and confirm the action. It has to stop immediately as no reasons and proper procedures were followed to seek retrenchment approval from circuit members.

3.     Why we have unfinished projects at the circuit i.e. Caretaker's House with time lines of 100 days, Paving, Underperforming School.
