We, the undersigned physicians of EBMG, support the compensation proposal being put forth to the AHS Board of Trustees. The proposal reflects a corrective adjustment that is long overdue. The salary adjustments in the proposal are essential to our ability to retain and recruit physicians across all specialities, so that we can fulfill our mission of providing high quality, cost effective, patient-centered care to the people of Alameda County.
