Allowing Camera Phones at The Kings School

Currently we are unable to use camera phones at school, ending this is our goal. Camera phones are more then just SnapChat, Instagram and Facebook; they hold access to an unlimited amount of knowledge, through the internet. Modern advances in mobile technologies means that computers are getting better and better at teaching us in a way that suits each student.
Subjects such as Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) have used programs such as Memrise to enhance the learning experience. The Maths department has used MyMaths and Maths Watch for a number of years. All of the applications of modern technology in education mentioned above has a mobile app, which is compatible with 72.8% of the UK's mobile phones.
However, with new education funding cuts, access to fully-booked computer rooms is getting more and more difficult. Teachers are having to book computer rooms weeks or even months in advance. Phones will relieve the pressure and allow every teacher to have IT based lessons.
The Kings School was founded in 1545, and for that entire time camera phones have been banned, its time to finally change this and start enhancing students education.
