To: Phoen1x clan

Hi there, I'm making this petition to start the #Phoen1xclanRC because from previous tryouts most players who joined the clan ended up leaving, i dont have enough information to say if it was on good terms but i believe it was because the players are still in the community.

#Phoen1xclanRc would benifit the clan, the players and the gaming community in general. Making an Recruitment challenge can help players to find motivation to grind and also unleash their creativity. The Phoen1x clan previously did tryouts which is an excellent way to find really good players and test how the react and deal with pressure but it doesnt bring the most hype to the clan because after the tryouts are over the players will still be in the community but there wont be has much hype and the clans name wont be mentioned and shared.

A Recruitment challenge would also allow other players to get recognition because maybe there is a content creator who wouldn't be able to join the clan with tryouts because maybe he/she isnt that good of a player or even one of the best depending of tge scenario but an rc would allow them to show what they have got entertainment wise or even giving help on trying to better the clan in some aspects
