The Philippines health care system - PHILHEALTH  is implementing a 3% mandatory rate of contribution to each Filipino workers land-based and sea-based. PHILHEALTH  cannot even give to all OFW's the exact service and benefits that they deserve. They wanted it mandatory or by not giving OFW's an opportunity to choose whether to be a part of the health care system or not, mandatory even if you can get benefits from it or not and even if you are in the country or not. This is sick!
