Our Inspiration

A Filipino band named Ben&Ben released "Lunod" as a representation of the mental dilemma of many as of today. Desperate for rescue, we hope to seek aid with the help of many concerned citizens regarding people who are "drowning" silently.

About Us

Project AHON is an organization built by people who found out that many people especially the youth are having mental deterioration due to various and personal reasons. The campaign was created to help alleviate the alarming cases of individuals silently suffering.

Our Purpose

The sole purpose of our organization is to break the stigma to alleviate mental health related problems and prevent people to commit severe harm to themselves and the people around them.

Our Proposition

Project AHON will be conducting various programs and activities. This includes consultations, both online and face-to-face with the aid of adept volunteers. We will also conduct seminars to inform and correct misconceptions regarding mental health for the welfare of people.
