Stop Path Train PTC installation during peak times

PTC - Postive train control is a federal regulation that is required to be completed by the end of 2018. Path Train and Port Authority have long known about this deadline and have waited until the last possible minute to get this completed on time. This careless delay has resulted in crippling delays throughout New York and New Jersey. When the agency first started the installation it was done during off peak hours, now however it is being done during peak rush hours. This is causing the people of New Jersey to not only be late to work but causing them to be penalized or even lose their jobs. The negligence of one agency should not affect the livelihood of people trying to make an honest living. The installation should take place only during off peak hours and weekends so that the hundreds of thousands people that ride the Path Train daily do not have to worry about losing their jobs due to these delays.
