Just this month, aspiring musician Mouhamed Cisse, age 18, was fatally shot in West Philadelphia. Homicide officers are reportedly investigating the case, but they have yet to make any arrests.
We will know the affects of our apathy in the future. It is better to speak out than to hold back out of the fear of embarrassment. Don’t let his case be pushed to the side like so many others.
