676 is a bad road that sucks, but look how beautiful it is filled with floodwater! Get rid of the cars, make it a permanent canal. People can go boating on it, you could put fish in there or something. Water serves as a thermal mass to regulate the temperature.
The city is improved by having 676 underwater, please keep it that way.
