The Nuremberg trials are a series of clips shown from the Holocaust that really makes and impact on the way people view the how Jewish people were treated during that time. I think it’s important for high schoolers to see this because it spreads awareness about how Jewish people had their whole humanity taken away and will help insure that nothing like this ever happens again. As it may be intense people need to see it because the Jewish people didn’t have a choice during the Holocaust, why should people have a choice to watch this video. There are so many jokes being made about the Holocaust made especially by high schoolers, every joke being made takes away from the fact that the Jewish people were stripped of their whole humanity during the Holocaust. These clips help dig deeper on why it’s important to learn about the Holocaust and be respectful to the people who lost their lives during it.
