John Inzilla started this petition to Governor Phil Murphy and

This petition is to show our elected officials that we strongly oppose mandates by Governor Phil Murphy. We support local decisions for our children in school made by our local elected officials. Statewide mandates are overly broad and do not take into consideration local conditions which are different within a county and even between neighboring communities.

This petition is NOT anti-mask or anti-vax. It's ANTI-MANDATE and supports the ability for local government, like school boards to make decisions that are best for their community with focus on parental rights and the rights of the children they were elected to represent.

We believe our locally elected school board and township committee/council members must speak up against Murphy's exorbitant powers and overreach, letting him know by letter, resolution or even lawsuits that the constituents they represent demand local decision making and home rule.

Please sign this and share widely if you do not want Phil Murphy making broad decisions for your community or your children, grandchildren or neighbors.

Let's try to keep this local to UFRSD constituents before expanding it to the State for other purposes. We want to present an impactful number of local signatures to the board at the next UFRSD Board meeting on September 20th!

Thank you!
