Pharmacies and Insurance Companies are taking advantage of people with Deductible plans and with a copay assistance program . They are charging consumers twice for the medications. The assistance program helps consumers afford drugs that are extremely expensive for the consumer. The program pays the pharmacy for the drug then the pharmacy bills your insurance and then pulls it back after it is processed. Consumers are left with no credit being applied to their deductible and if they no longer have assistance, that will have go through the deductible process again. This is not fair! Pharmacies are exploiting the consumers. Make illegal for pharmacies and insurances to pull back an already applied deductible. Give Consumers Credit no matter what!
