This family owns fleet of cars they are in taxi industry in Mdantsane. As you know that the deceased which is my brother was killed by the 3 brothers of the Nyanda family and one employee of this family Jabu Mpatalala. These accused they are shifting the blame to the community forum saying that the forum Killed the deceased because he stole the car while they employed him to be one of thier employee and These people stated that to us when they came looking for the deceased on 5th of July. They are above the law they took a life without reporting the matter to the nearest police station.They are stating that the deceased  owned a phone whereas he had no phone.  As the family of the deceased and community we want them stay in custody as they are dangerous to the community and it is stated that one of the accused  Jabu Mpatalala  it is not the first time to kill someone and also the witnesses of this case they fear their lives because the accused know them.
