We the People want to change Florida’s construction of All Miami DMV locations to a hospital environment. Elderly, children, and new mothers have waited 3+ Hours, on average. Just drive by any local DMV. You will ALWAYS see Elders kneeling on sidewalks and squatting inside facilities. Mothers and children are stuck inside a line for hours without being able to nurse and or change their babies while keeping their place in a 50 person+ line. Advice given to citizens is to arrive between the hours of 2am-6am just to be able to make it in the first chunk of the line. The appointments are booked until 2023 in all locations which obviously caused a surge in DMV’s traffic period. More supplies will best suit the current demand of DMV employees and resources. Numerous DMVs around the country provide seating, air conditioning, bathrooms, water, and a ticket for every person. The are is completely stressed from the time DMVs open until. That is not fair for the Employees or the People. We are asking that we get heard and seen. This department is heavenly neglected on the physical plane.
