I lived in Muscatine for 45 years and have never seen anything like this. Let the mayor serve out her term and then let the people vote. Get rid of the "boys" club mentality. Muscatine will not move forward if this continues.

I know there is something serioulsy wrong in the 'CORPROATION' of Muscatine. Though it was a govt didnt you? 'Corportions' are tyrannical by nature. All 'staff members' need to take an Oath of Office for starters. And pass a tet on the Mmuscatine Charter and its duties to the citizens. Citizens first, money second, federal influences last inrealtyme@mail.com !! 'Agenda 21' is not Muscatines agenda ! When a BOARD acts unconstitutionally, replace it - its the duty of the citizens!

I lived in Muscatine most of my life and taught at MHS for 23 years. I think the council's actions of late have been way out of line.

Although I don't agree with how the Mayor has handled everything, she has done nothing that justifies the removal of a sitting Mayor and the actions of the City Council have been deplorable.
