The Home Owners of Villas on Gateway feel that the current Board President has misused their power to manipulate and make threats towards their fellow neighbors. The Home Owners also feel that the Board President has not been transparent in the management of funds and have therefore misused the funds on ventures that the community feels are unnecessary.

The community will present this petition to the Board to call a special meeting to remove the Board President according to our community bylaws.

Here is what we need to remove the Board President:

• Subsequent to the period of Declarant control, any director may be removed from the Board of Directors, with or without cause, by a majority vote of the Members of the Association.
• In the event of death, resignation, or removal of a director, his/her successor shall be selected by a majority of the remaining members of the Board of Directors and shall serve for the unexpired term of his/her predecessor.
