Fayetteville State University has a tradition of recognizing the SGA President, Mr. FSU, and Miss. FSU with portraits in the heart of campus, the Rudolph Jones Student Center. These portraits serve as a motivational tool for all pupils as well as a thank you to our students for their hard work. The Student Body took pride in this tradition for many years until it was abruptly ended during the 2022-2023 academic school year without consultation. 

The Student Body, Alumni, and supporters of Fayetteville State University request that Chancellor Darrell T. Allison reinstalls the Student Leader Portraits in the Rudolph Jones Student Center for the indefinite future.
