Residents of Chelsea Beach and Lakeshore, Woods Road Pasadena Maryland Please be advised.  The new home development called River Glen located on Woods Road has turned into the development of a Large  64 patient drug treatment center.  This is a significant Commercial Operation and will result in a huge negative impact to already existing Septic issues in Chelsea Beach as well as  to property value of local residents.   It  will cause an irreparable shift in the community dynamics.  It will transform the residential character of the neighborhood into clearly a commercial one.  The amount of support to sustain this massive commercial operation will include food delivery, medical delivery and general support delivery causing additional traffic on an already congested thruway Woods Road.  

By signing this petition in opposition of such an abuse of County Ordinance NO. 16-20 we will set a precedent to disallow these centers from overtaking ours and other communities.
