Steve is a genuine and honest man who loves his job. Unfortunately due to internal administration conflict, he sees it best to resign due to the issue. He has no desire to leave his job and to leave the many friendships he has created with the students he protects. 

1. We the student body are concerned for the reasons why Steve, the security guard will be resigning from his position.
2. We the student body find Steve as a valuable and irreplaceable employee of Flagler College, and wish for him to remain in his position, due to his traits of compassion, honesty, mentorship, and most importantly, the sense of security he creates for all of us.
