A few years ago some of my peers were shot and killed weeks apart. Since then they’ve both been ruled as suicide, although there was clear foul play involved, and multiple witnesses saying  they saw the perpetrator during and after the crimes. Nonetheless, Montrose PD has done nothing and has kept the family in the dark, and ruled both deaths and multiple other suspicious deaths as suicide. One of the two kids I knew a lot closer (Michael Sandoval) and would hang out with him often, Michael never had mentioned or acted like he was suicidal in the slightest, same with Zach! Many people speculate but there are facts we can’t ignore. These deaths look nothing other than murder and there’s one suspect that everyone knows it’s him, multiple witnesses saying he was the one running from the scene in bloody clothes. This person has since been “interrogated” and he was free to leave and move out of the state. Nothing has happened positive in these cases, and it is all due to the montrose police department’s ability to not fully investigate, and just brush it under the rug. These families need closure and it’s clear the people that are here to serve and protect are not doing their job. sign the petition to get the word out there, email, mail, call the police station and ask for answers. one voice isn’t enough but if we all work together we can speak for Zach and Michael to finally get them the justice they deserve.
