Respected Members of Parliamentof India,

On the 1st of July 2022, A petition by Smt. Nupur Sharma, Ex-Spokesperson of the BJP was before the bench of Justices Shri Surya Kant and Shri JP Pardiwala. The following are some of comments made by the respected Judges of honorable Supreme Court of India. They read as follows:- 

1. "Nupur Sharma single-handedly responsible for igniting emotions across the country, she should apologise."

2. "Nupur Sharma should have apologised to the nation on live TV"

3. "Her petition smacks of arrogance that the magistrate courts in the country are too small for her".

4. "The conscience of court is not satisfied. Avail other remedies".

5. " When FIR is registered and you are not arrested, it shows your clout. Nupue Sharma thinks she has power and back up".

6. "We saw the way she was invited but the way she made these comments and then said she is a lawyer is shameful".

7. " Has she joined the probe? There must have been a red carpet for her!"

8. "Her remarks show obstinate and arrogant charecter".

Now these comments have spiked a wide range of emotions on social media and some may argue that many, like me have committed Criminal Contempt by publishing some remarks on social media against the honourable supreme court. Notwithstanding a further critical evaluation of the claim, I would like to plead Innocence by citing Article 3(1) of THE Contempt Of Courts Act, 1971 which states,

"3. Innocent publication and distribution of matter not contempt.—(1) A person shall not be guilty of contempt of court on the ground that he has published (whether by words, spoken or written, or by signs, or by visible representations, or otherwise) any matter which interferes or tends to interfere with, or obstructs or tends to obstruct, the course of justice in connection with any civil or criminal proceeding pending at that time of publication, if at that time he had no reasonable grounds for believing that the proceeding was pending."

Now to elaborate on the theme of this petition, I believe as a citizen I have a right to freedom of expression in accordance with Article 19 of the Constitution of India. And I also have a right to pursue Justice as per the Preamble and pursue my Dharma by Article 25 of the Constitution of India which I derive from the Bhagavat Gita.

In my personal opinion, the views of the two respected judges " Shows a mindset of a Talibani Sharia court which has no place in a civilised democratic society and these two people should be relocated to Afghanistan/Pakistan or the 7th depth of Hell where they belong to, whichever is the earliest. Are you the mother-in-law of Smt. Nupur Sharma who is judging the charecter of a Woman?". To further add " I would rather get drowned in the Hugli River by jumping off the Howrah Bridge rather than ever letting my faith in a Judicial Dispute be decided by these two incomeptent good for nothing Senile Old Men". 

Hence I request the honourable Member of Parliaments to bring an impeachment motion against Justices Shri Surya Kant and Shri JP Pardiwala as soon as possible and restore our faith in the institution of the Supreme Court of India.
