Once again there is a false alarm that went off throughout all the buildings. The fire department arrived to inspect a  false  alarm caused by a “mechanical issue”. Once the fire department determined the alarm  as  false, they left the premises.

After they left the security guard announced it  as a false alarm and then left the alarm state blaring  a constant tone for HOURS. This is absolutely negligent behaviour.

The  constant alarm was played in a singular ring throughout all speakers in all 3 buildings for HOURS. Prisoners aren’t even subjected to such a  torturous  practice.

This tone is physically tolling; the noise that emits resonates through the entire body and literally causes physical pain. Quite honestly at this point this is complete negligence that amounts to the abuse of every single resident within  the 195,205,215 palisades towers. 

This needs to stop. I am sure many others here feel the same way. I am creating this petition to gather support for ensuring this matter is taken  seriously. If you would like to take action to fix these problems  immediately,  please sign this  petition.

Both  issues of spontaneous  false alarms that are supposedly mechanical and the constant tone that emits from the mechanical problems after the  alarm state is determined false MUST be addressed and  fixed IMMEDIATELY
