This petition is to determine the level of desire for the Prestwicke Place homeowners to cease having Ghertner as the Management Company for the community. There have been several issues raise over the years that include:

1.  Lack of communication
2. Poor response to issues or concerns
3. No meeting minutes or budget minutes shared with the members
4. No accountability for the services that they are charging the community

I am sure that there are other reasons, however, we will need at least 75% of the community to make a change in mid-contract.
