Changing the name of “Park City” to “Shark City” would make the city way cooler and more interesting. Just imagine this, you’re looking at a map of the landlocked state of Utah and you see a town called “Shark City”. You think you yourself, “hmmm, i wonder why this town in the mountains of Utah is name Shark City? Are there large predatory ocean dwelling fish who live there? How did the sharks get there? Why did the sharks get there? Is this just a town filled with eccentric billionaires whom enthusiastic young entrepreneurs go to pitch there ideas there? I must plan a trip to this mysterious town to find out myself.”

In reality, there are no sharks living within the borders of Park City, Utah, but i believe that the interesting choice of name for the city will attract a great amount of attention, making the town an even bigger tourist destination for people from all over the world, due to the marine mystery that the title implies. This action will economically benefit the tourism and hospitality industry here in Utah, and also extend a hand of hope to our aquatic allies of the ocean showing that we, as Utahns, support sharks as a species.
