We challenge Rebecka Monez to prove that she satisfies the Requirement that she resides in the district she represents, per Turlock Municipal Code; Title 2 Administration; Chapter 2-1-07, Method of Election. 

We ask the Turlock City Attorney to immediately begin a through investigation into Rebecka Monez’s residency claim in District 2, her rental agreement and rent receipts.

If we, the undersigned, do not receive satisfaction regarding the requirement that Rebecka Monez reside in District 2, then we, the constituents of District 2 and residents of Turlock, object to the lack of fair representation for all constituents. We will demand Rebecka Monez’s immediate resignation from the Turlock City Council.
