We the undersigned hereby petition Bayside City Council to close the section of Melrose Street, Sandringham located to the West of Station Street, Sandringham, and East of common boundary between 12 Melrose Street and 118-120 Beach Road, Sandringham to vehicular traffic, thereby creating public open space.
