With the whole trust being so understaffed and people facing ever increasing financial difficulty- I believe both problems would be massively helped at WSH if bank money was to be paid weekly and not the following month. Staff would be so much more likely to pick up extra shifts if they will be getting the money for them the following week and not having to wait upto 7 weeks for it.

Increasing staffing levels and therefore increasing safety and moral. 

Weekly pay is not for everyone- an opt in/opt out of weekly pay would ensure this suited everybody!
