Despite overwhelming public distaste for the current PM to continue in office following scandal after scandal and lie after lie, despite the collapse of his government and a clear signal from the Cabinet that he is totally incapable of leadership, Boris Johnson is continuing in office until the autumn. In view of the multiple crises now facing the British people, strong effective leadership is totally necessary. The current PM is completely unable to deliver this.

I wish to petition Her Majesty to take an unprecedented action which is within her legal remit; namely to remove Mr Johnson from office and name a capable, experienced interim leader to take the reins while the leadership contest in under way.
