What happens (in the City of Tulsa) if you are in violation of ordinance?
Jun 22, 2012 — Browsing the city's website, can't find where it allows the city to remove plantings that are "too high". They can put a lien on your property, they can fine, neighbors can file online complaint. Just curious why tall grass is considered a violation of city code. Yes might look bad for whole neighborhood. Life is not pretty though. Every person is individual and has a right to live in the way they desire. Having tall grass on a property that one owns does not hurt other people and creating a law saying you can't have tall grass is beyond silly, and violates a persons right provided by the Fourteenth Amendment.
