The Town of Lewisville is going to be reviewing the plans for a new subdivision off Conrad Road and Thunderwood Farm Road on Wednesday 2/23/22.  This new subdivision will consist of 61 new homes.  The proposed developer for this project is RS Parker Homes.  Under common name of Empire Homes/Shae Homes. We need to let the town know that we are opposed to any large-scale development going into this area for reasons such as: road degradation, wildlife and agricultural disruption and pure incongruence for the look and feel of this heritage section of town.  It's important that we take this first step in voicing our concerns to the planning board over this proposed subdivision before it moves before the Mayor and Town Council.  It's important that we all come together before the town, so they understand we do not want this development in our backyards. Lewisville should be a city that focuses on QUALITY, not QUANTITY. We will ask the planning board to postpone any decision on approval for a new project at Conrad Road and Thunderwood Farm Road.
