The accused are brothers to my mother. My mother's car was stolen On the 3rd of July 2022, from that day we where up and down looking for it and the person who was accused of stealing it according to eye witnesses. We decided as family to go report the matter to the forum for assistance on their side. On the 6th of July 2022 as my uncles where on a manhunt for the person who was seen driving the car. After following many leads they found the accused at a random house at nu 10 they took him to the forum for questioning. They had to use punishment for him to tell exactly where the car was.

We then rushed to where the car was in a house at Nu 5 Mdantsane leaving the accused with the forum. Upon arriving we found the owner of the house very annoyed at 1st because apparently the car collided with her stop nonsense and the person who was driving it got out and ran without any explaination and according to her analyses of he seemed drunk. The car was stripped, some of the parts were missing.

On the 19th of July my uncles where arrested charged with kidnapping and murder.

They did not kidnapp or kill anyone they where just assisting my mother who was a victim of theft. all they wanted was car only.
