Hello, batch 2016. I don’t know about you but if there’s anything I learned in the past 5 years (yes this yearbook dilemma has been going on for 5 years), it’s that we have the right to question authorities. We have the right to dissent and oppose our officials and they have the duty to listen. In relation to what happened to our yearbook, we have a right to hold the school accountable for the funds that THEY collected. The agreement was between the school and the supplier, not between the supplier and the students. The school should be the one liable for our funds that they collected.

I propose a 3rd option from the survey that our yearbook committee made: hold the school accountable and demand for a full refund for all of those who ordered a yearbook.
