Petition for Trustees at Together Against Cancer to retain educational and Online Services

Petition for Trustees at Together Against Cancer to retain educational and Online Services
Why this petition matters
Together Against Cancer (TAC) has been established in Leicester since 2016. This charity offers Educational Workshops, Complementary Therapies, Emotional Support and more.
Since September 2021, TAC launched the Healing Hub, the online resource for clients to have free access and members of the public to have a paid membership. The Healing Hub offers a range of cooking videos, self soothing techniques, EFT, Meditation, and acupressure videos.
Since the launch, TAC has been able to extend their support to individuals all over the UK.
On 1st November, the Trustees have announced that the Educational workshops, Healing Hub and external contracts will cease shortly. This means that 3 members of staff will be made redundant.
Those services are in demand and many clients have provided testimonials in the past to that effect.
The Trustees statement then announces that the charity will start grant giving to other charities in the UK and overseas!
This makes no sense as staff could be staying on, continue to deliver workshops, provide even more practical videos on the Healing Hub, instead of granting valuable funds to other charities.
We would like as many supporters of Together Against Cancer to sign this petition, so that the Trustees decide to reverse their decisions and retain the current team and services for the best interest of the Cancer patients.
If Together Against Cancer looses the services mentioned above, the people diagnosed with cancer won't benefit from the nutrition advice, practical skills and amazing videos available on the Healing Hub.
