D49 Board Member Ivy Liu has continually shown by her words and actions to be openly anti-inclusion of all: races, ethnics groups and religions. 

When her rights to express her personal beliefs, impact and alienate the community which she serves in from a position of authority, directly contradicts the D49 message of inclusion, it is longer appropriate for her to serve in such a capacity.
