We (tenants) at 2996 Francis Avenue Naples FL 34112 have been being recorded whether secretly or knowingly without our consent and/or permission by an individual tenant in apartment four. The recording device of choice is her electronic mobile phone. Normally the individual will hide behind walls, tress etc. to not be noticed. In turn several tenants have found the nature of these recordings to be disturbing and feel uncomfortable being in/outside/around our own homes. Before said individual moved onto the premises we all had gotten along pretty well with very to no incidents. The Collier County Sheriffs department had very little involvement in our complex which now have been called numerous times to where they too feel as if the nature of these calls are non-emergency "Baby-Sitting" scenarios. 

This petition serves as a document that will be sent to the landlords property management of choice Premier Property Management of Naples for documentation of the unwanted behaviors that have been taken place by this certain lessee and that these behavioral issues are unwanted and will not be tolerated by a number of the other tenants here in our homes apartment complex.
